  • Love this post with many usuful info about summer fruits… my plan for Summer 2018 is in line with my New Year resolution: eat as much as possible fresh Fruits + Veggies (that’s why I adore your Tuesday special offers for healthy fruits/vegetables) & drink a lot water and mint lemonade (I am in love with this drink this sesson; pure home made mint lemonade + crushed ice-best possible reshreshing drink to beat the heat).     2 cups watermelon ?
    1/2 cup of light coconut milk
    1 tbsp fresh mint (around 3-4 leaves)
    1/2 tbsp honey
    1/2 lime juice
    Freshly grated coconut
    Blend everything together in a blender except the grated coconut. Pour in jar/glasses and sprinkle the coconut on top.

    My summer plans are in full swing to “beat the heat”. Fresh fruits platter to give me all the nutrients, freshness & energy to rock throughout the day & ensure my water intake is good. Regularly drinking water/lemonade.
