  • Yoga is best done early morning on an empty stomach. And practice pranayam/shavasan after yoga. Yoga is incomplete without it.

    Hindi poem translated-
Ai insaan zindagi ki raftaar tez ho gai hai,
    Thoda yog tu kar ley,
    Chusti furti ubhar aaiyegi,
    Umar teri chup jayegi
Jawan ban ke rehana chaho tum
Bas apna lo is yogasan ko.
Bimari bhi dar jaye, jab surya asan ap karkay dikhay.
    Happy yoga day to all.

  • Make space in your home.
By practicing in the same place at home you create a groove in your mind—the memory of past days’ experiences makes it easier to begin today. Store props nearby so that getting started doesn’t require a lot of running around. An inspiring image or statue, an Oriental carpet, or a specially selected cushion can mark this place as special.
