Long work hours, little sleep, no exercise, poor diet, and not spending time with family and friends can contribute to stress. This year, cut out stress from your life by finding ways to reduce it. Relaxing, socializing, enough sleep & taking vacations should also be a part of your to do list.
Vacations are important to feel rejuvenated and replenished. This year, make a list of travel goals & make sure you tick them off the list.
Find joy in little things
